Sponsor Licences

The United Kingdom Border Agency is now operating a scheme of Sponsor Licences to replace the Work Permit scheme.

Central to the approach taken is that the burden of policing the scheme has been placed back on the "sponsor company". 

We can assist you with obtaining a sponsor licence, and making the case for an allocation of sponsorship certificate allocation, which are now capped.

Once you have obtained a certificate allocation, we can assist you with ensuring that your recruitment process is compliant, and that you can pass the resident labour test, and issue a sponsorship certificate to enable you to bring the skills you require from overseas to the UK.
