If you, or your friend or relative has been Refused Entry, especially where it is suggested that there is some form of deceit or dishonesty, it is extremely important to seek representation immediately, preferably before a removal occurs, and to appeal any finding of dishonesty.

The reason that this is so important is that future applications can be automatically affected by a finding of deceit or dishonesty, for a period of upto 10 years.

Our office is based at Canary Wharf, which is less than 15 minutes from London City Airport.  We can also attend at London Heathrow at short notice.  Other London airports (Gatwick, Stanstead and Luton) can also be attended, although it can take longer to get to them.

The reason these timelines are important is that you may have less than 24 hours before removal.
