Tier 2 Schemes are nominally points based version of the old Work Permit Scheme. 

The Tier 2 schemes are primarily targetted at  allowing the employment of skilled employees from abroad to work in the UK where there are acknowledged skill shortages, or who have substantial existing experience with the employer which makes them irreplaceable, or where the position has been advertised widely and no suitable candidate can be found.

Under this scheme, Employers need to be registered as sponsors.

The old Work Permit Scheme (WPS) ceased to exist other than for A2 Nationals, we can advise on this, where an A2 national is involved.

For individuals in these categories, we primarily  assist with entry clearance applications, and applications relating to their spouses.

We also represent Employers who wish to apply for Sponsor Licenses, and assisting them to sponsor prospective employees.

We do not find employment for people wanting to come to the UK

Under UK law, employment agencies are governed by a specific set of rules.  Although we are extremely happy to assist you, once you have found prospective employment in the UK, and to assist your prospective employer to comply with the requirements of the UK Immigration Law, we do not offer a "job finding" service.

For the avoidance of doubt, our understanding is that firms who charge the Employee for conducting a "job search" for them are operating outside the law.
